Hi, my name is Chelsea Baucom-Young and I am a Child Welfare Specialist with Catholic Charities. While my office is based out of Green Bay, I travel to all of the offices located in our service area. I graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Master of Social Work Degree in 2005 and live in a small community with my husband and three children. I have been with Catholic Charities since 2007 and assist individuals and families with all aspects of the adoption process. Catholic Charities offers a wide variety of adoption services including: domestic infant, independent adoption, stepparent, relative, and international adoption. In addition, Catholic Charities offers birthparent counseling services to assist birthparents that are facing an unplanned pregnancy by helping them reach a well though out, value based decision for themselves and their baby. I am passionate about my work at Catholic Charities and honored to work for an agency that helps create families through adoption. |
