FAST program in Oshkosh
In February, March and April, Family Strengthening staff worked collaboratively with Webster Stanley school in Oshkosh to help former refugee families from Sudan with developing skills and knowledge to help their integration into American society. Known as the FAST program (Families and Schools Together), informational sessions and activities on parenting, conflict management, understanding school expectations, taking care of yourself and budget counseling were offered to the families.
